Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packaging materials, operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are delivered to the production line efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and package materials for work orders, back orders, and counter service requests

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure accurate placement and storage of incoming materials in designated locations

• Distribute materials to the production line as needed to support manufacturing operations

• Assist with cycle counting and inventory control activities in the stockroom

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures is a plus

Work Environment

• Warehouse and production floor environment

• May require standing, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods
