What You’ll Do

Source and recruit candidates using job boards, referrals, and community networking

Screen and interview candidates for light industrial and skilled trades

Match candidates with the right job opportunities based on skills and career goals

Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system

Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding steps

Partner with our sales team to support client hiring needs

Deliver excellent service to both associates and client companies
