Salary: $20-$25 per hour

• Must have personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• $20-$25 per hour
• Temp-to-Hire
• Normal shift will be Monday-Friday 10am-6pm but is subject to changed depending on call volumes.
• Experience working on or with restaurant POS systems is needed
• Flexibility on shift assignments and willingness to learn new skills.
• New hires will not be on call immediately, but that will be required after their evaluation period has ended.

 

Job Duties:

• Phone support for restaurant POS systems, which includes:
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Use remote access tools
• Document all calls, issues, and corrective actions via a ticketing system
• Onsite support for restaurant POS systems, which includes:
• Hardware replacement for POS stations, printers, cash drawers, and other peripherals
• Troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues
• Staff training
• Ongoing service and maintenance for POS systems, which includes:
• Performing menu item, employee, and other changes
• Installing software updates
• Testing of hardware and software in-house
