Tint Technician – Multiple Locations (Rhode Island)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, morning shifts
Positions available across 5 locations in Rhode Island
Pay starting at $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tint Technician for a valued client.
Color Mixing & Matching: Accurately dispense colorants into base paints using manual or automated tinting machines to produce both standard and custom colors.
Custom Color Creation: Utilize spectrophotometers (color scanners) along with visual judgment to match custom physical samples provided by customers.
Quality Control: Perform draw-downs (test applications) of mixed paints on sample cards to verify accurate color match and proper drying finish before releasing product to customers.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and complete basic daily maintenance on tinting machines, paint shakers, and color-matching equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Previous tinting, paint, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
Good customer service and communication skills
