Housekeeper 

 

Position Overview

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of properties in Key Largo. This role ensures that guest accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, helping provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare rental homes, villas, and condominiums according to Ocean Reef standards.

  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.

  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.

  • Inspect rooms and living spaces to ensure quality and readiness for incoming guests.

  • Restock housekeeping supplies and report low inventory to supervisors.

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

  • Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.

  • Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (hotel, resort, or vacation rental).

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.

  • English or Spanish required for the role
