About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, and helping grow sales through strong communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate product information, quotes, and order status updates.
• Process sales orders, returns, and customer requests efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with inside sales activities including follow-ups, lead nurturing, and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and pricing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM or order-entry systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, order-entry systems, and Microsoft Office.
