Location: Golf Course Maintenance

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with strong attention to detail to join our golf course maintenance team as a Greenskeeper. This position is for candidates who take pride in quality work and can complete detailed tasks without supervision.

Position Overview

Greenskeepers are responsible for maintaining the professional appearance and playability of the golf course. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to perform physical outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used in professional golf course maintenance, including:

  • Walk-behind greens mowers

  • Debris blowers

  • String trimmers

  • Sod cutters

  • Walk-behind edgers

• Perform detailed course maintenance tasks such as:

  • Mowing straight, consistent lines

  • Weed and debris cleanup

  • Fine grading using shovels and rakes

• Monitor and document equipment issues and report them the same day

• Maintain proper fluid levels in equipment (gasoline, diesel, oil)

• Sand trap maintenance including:

  • Monitoring sand depth

  • Mechanical and manual raking

  • Edging and trimming bunker edges

  • Removing weeds, grass, debris, and standing water

• Maintain and plant sod, trees, shrubs, and flowers

• Hand-water fairways, tees, rough, sod, and plant materials

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance

• Ability to complete routine tasks without supervision

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Must meet physical requirements including:

  • Walking for extended periods

  • Kneeling and crouching

  • Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs

Pay

$20 per hour
