Our client, a major national marketing company in Northeast San Antonio, is looking for a mid-level Accounts Payable Specialist for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity. Compensation for the Accounts Payable Specialist position will be $20 to $23 an hour depending on experience. Work schedule is: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. 

Essential Job Duties:

• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Review discounts and research payment discrepancies
• Customer Service on client calls

Qualifications needed for the position include

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 to 5 years of related experience in Accounts Receivable
• Microsoft Office skills: Excel proficiency is important
• Attention-to-detail, Customer Service and Professional Email etiquette
