Customer Service / Dispatch Representative – Part-Time Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service / Dispatch Representative to support one of our local HVAC clients in Colorado Springs. If you enjoy helping customers, managing schedules, and working in a small team-oriented office, this is a great opportunity to grow your administrative and customer service experience.

💵 Pay Rate

$18.00 – $20.00/hr. DOE

🕒 Schedule

Part-Time (Between 27 - 32 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling
9:00 or 10:00 am start time providing coverage until approximately 4:00 PM, occasionally 5:00 PM during the busy summer season

📞 Position Summary

The Customer Service / Dispatch Representative will support daily office operations by answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician dispatching. This role is primarily phone-based and requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive office environment where teamwork and customer service are highly valued. HVAC experience is not required.

🛠️ Primary Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching
Enter customer information and scheduling details into the company CRM system
Assist with general office coordination and internal communication
Manage multiple priorities and adjust scheduling as needed
Provide support during busy seasonal service periods

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office including proficiency in Excel
