Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | No Travel Required

Express Employment Professionals of Washington County is currently hiring a CNC Saw Operator for a full-time opportunity in Donora, PA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with industrial machinery, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

CNC Saw Operators are responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery. This includes running tests before operations begin, programming and monitoring CNC equipment during production, and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify any items in need of repair or maintenance.

Essential Duties

• Operate industrial CNC cutting equipment according to work orders

• Rig and operate lift trucks and overhead cranes

• Identify and handle materials such as pipes and beams

• Assist the department foreman in meeting production targets

• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

• Keep work areas clean and orderly

• Notify management of any non-conformities or equipment/facility repair needs

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to measure quickly and accurately

• Experience working with steel and material identification such as pipes and beams

• Knowledge of moving equipment such as lift trucks and overhead cranes

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to stand and work in a warm environment for an 8-hour shift

• Good working knowledge of figures and numbers

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs)

Pay Range: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
