Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Midland, TX)

Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Midland, TX. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions, invoices, and accounting systems.

Pay: $20 – $25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Benefits Available

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

• Manage open invoices and payment tracking

• Review and reconcile financial records

• Maintain accurate documentation and financial reports

• Work with ticketing systems and accounting records

• Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of AP/AR experience

• Experience managing open invoices and financial transactions

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
