Property Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (shift varies will be part time) 

Location: Lodi, CA

Pay: $18/hour+ DOE

 

Property Maintenance Technician highlights:  

- Will be responsible for walking the property, responding to work orders  

- Handling apartment turnovers, will require painting, basic electrical   

- Repairing drywall and appliances

- Other duties as assigned

 

What we look for in a Property Maintenance Technician:

- Must be able to follow directions

- Lift up to 50 pounds

- Must have experience in apartment maintenance and turnovers
