Salary: $15.00 + DOE
o Research requirements surrounding titling, registration, and permitting requirements.o Work with State Agencies to confirm supporting documents needed and calculation of fees necessary for titles, registrations and various permits. o Complete all documentation necessary for submittal of applications and renewals to state agencies. Package and forward to the State for processing.? Obtain necessary supporting documents from clients. ? Ensure copies of applications and documentation are retained.o Process all work Orders through Blue Folder while communicating with Accounting.o Complete and submit check requests. o Monitor the status of work, and follow-up with State Agencies & Clients as necessary to ensure clients receive their registrations and permits prior to expiration. ? Notify Client Service Team/Supervisor of delays as appropriate.o Distribute titles/registrations/permits to clients as required.o Process Hazardous Material and Waste Applications as needed.o Process Over Dimensional permits as needed.o Process client requests for temporary and specialty permits as needed.• Ensure client files and processing notes are organized and kept current.• Prioritize work to ensure all deadlines are met. Communicating potential issues to Supervisor and/or Client Service Team.• Proactively work renewals 90 days prior to expiration.• Ensure documentation is imaged and filed timely and correctly.• Conduct research regarding base state selection for IRP and special permitting needs.• Assist with Special Projects as requested.• Maintains a secure environment by ensuring that all Physical Security policies are observed for their workspace.• Ensure that the all guidelines of the Data Classification policy are followed when handling documents and files.• Other duties as required.• Research potential system and or client issues and provide feedback to Supervisor and Client Service as necessary.• Assist with management of DOT Audits by providing compliance reports to clients, ensuring updates are processed timely.• Provide feedback to clients and/or Client Service regarding proactive ways to increase vehicle and company compliance. • Client Serviceso Research potential system and or client issues and provide feedback to Supervisor, Client Services, and Client as necessary.o Assist with locating and forwarding source documents as requested by clients for audits.• Monitor work levels and turnaround times for unassigned Clients, reporting potential issues to Supervisor:o Review and assign pending emails.• Training, Testing and Departmental Procedureso Assist with training of new License and Permitting Technicians on department procedures and License and Permitting Systems.o Review work of License and Permitting Technicians to ensure quality.o Escalate ongoing/training issues to License and Permitting Supervisor.o Train new client transition team.• Assist with the implementation of new accounts, including:o Attend New Client Implementation (NCI) Meeting.o Ensure account is set-up properly in License and Permitting Systems.o Train NCI Team Members.o Conduct the QA Audit of the vehicle information and documents entered/uploaded.o Ensure transition is completed by deadline established by License and Permitting Supervisor.
