Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL-A Driver for local routes for a local company!

 

Location: New Plymouth, ID

Pay: $20 -$21/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

*Overtime may have you coming in early and staying later. All depends on business needs.

Job Summary:
For this job you will be driving a 10 Wheel day cab Semi to a variety of locations. The variety of trailers may include but are not limited to: Dry Bed, Tanks, Pull Trailers, and Tractor Trailers. Every drive will have you drive a haul of Fertilizer, pesticides, or other materials to fields in Idaho, Oregon, or Nevada and have you home the same day. At each location you may have to load and unload the material that you are delivering which can weigh between 35-100lbs depending on the product. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, basic maintenance, and cleanliness of your vehicle when not driving.

Basic Job Duties:
•Driving local delivery truck
•Assisting with sweeping, shoveling, and cleanup when not driving
•Load and unload trucks at destinations
•General Maintenance of vehicles as needed
•Lifting of 50lb seed/fertilizer bags

Minimum Requirements:
•CDL-A
•Tanker endorsement (Hazmat preferred also, but not required)
•Clean driving record (no more than 1 major or minor violation in the past 3 years)
•Able to pass a background check
•Able to pass a drug test

 

*Previous knowledge and experience in agriculture is preferred but not required.
