Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate I to join our team in a clean, organized production environment supporting the packaging and distribution of medical device components. This role involves routine and repetitive work at a bagging machine, where associates will carefully count and package small hardware components such as screws and bolts.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. Quality and accuracy are more important than speed, and leadership prioritizes producing precise, error-free orders.
This is a standing position for the full shift and requires consistent hand and finger dexterity for counting and packaging small parts.
The workplace culture is laid-back and supportive, with phones and music permitted while working, as long as employees remain professional and focused on their responsibilities. Employees typically start as baggers and may be cross-trained into additional logistics functions over time.
Key Responsibilities

Package small hardware components such as screws and bolts into bags according to order specifications (typically 15–100 pieces per order).

Operate bagging equipment while maintaining a consistent workflow.

Verify product quantities and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.

Support the verification, packaging, labeling, and shipping of medical device products.

Complete required production documentation, reports, and logs.

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI).

Perform basic ERP system transactions (EPICOR) to support job functions.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow housekeeping standards.

Perform cleaning tasks and assist with equipment maintenance when required.

Follow all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management System standards.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support operational goals.

Participate in training opportunities and assist in training new team members as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Experience in picking, packing, or warehouse production environments preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Strong finger and hand dexterity for handling small components.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems (EPICOR preferred).

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
