Hiring: F/T QuickBooks-proficient Bookkeeper
Pay: $28 -$30/hour
Hours: 8-5, M-F, Flexible
Location: Marietta

Will be working at a small manufacturing plant-
Must have experience with Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise - Tailored for manufacturing with specialized tools for managing production and inventory.
**This is an In-office position

This role will be primarily focused on computing, classifying and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the organization are accurate.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, time management, and computer skills. They must be accurate, thorough, detail oriented and disciplined. Quick Books Desktop Experience is required.

Summary of Responsibilities

Record day-today and monthly transactions
Reconcile Bank Accounts at the end of each month.
Run Financial Statements
Review bills and reconcile credit cards receipts
Process Payroll
Work with external accountants
Invoicing and Receiving
Interface with accounting firm for month end closing and tax issues
Assist the Managing Director with cashflow statements and other tasks

Qualifications

MUST have experience with Quick books Desktop Enterprise (Manufactuing - and Inventory)
Several years of experience with Excel
Knowledge of general accounting principles and tax principles
Three years of experience in bookkeeping
Five years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (Manufactuing - and Inventory)
Detail Orientated and excellent organizations skills
Two years of experience in ADP experience
Must have accounting degree or business administration
