Patch and Repair Position

Located in White Bluff, TN

Salary: $16 / hour

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and industrious candidates for a Patch and Repair position with an Established Manufacturing Plant in White Bluff, TN. This position will pay $16.00 / hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 7AM - 3:30AM.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform fiberglass patching and repairs on boat hulls, decks, and components to correct defects and restore structural integrity.
• Inspect finished surfaces for cracks, air pockets, and cosmetic imperfections prior to final production approval.
• Sand, grind, and prepare damaged areas before applying fiberglass materials, resins, and fillers.
• Use hand and power tools while following safety standards and maintaining quality specifications.
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. 
• Previous experience with Body Repair / Auto Body Technician or Industrial Painter
• Able to utilize Orbital and pneumatic sanders, Angle grinders, Hand sanders and Sanding blocks, Fiberglass rollers and brushes, Resin mixing tools and containers
  Putty knives and spreaders, Air compressors and pneumatic tools
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
