Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Understands and adopts the Taste of Success, embracing and promoting company culture.
• Prepares orders by processing requests, pulls materials, packages boxes, and places orders in delivery area.
• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, and stages items to and from designated storage areas.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts as directed and reports all discrepancies.
• Takes part in the RMA (returns) processing.
• Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by inspecting equipment and reporting all incoming damages.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Ensures the warehouse is properly secured at all times.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• May crate, frame, repackage, repalletize, and properly secure equipment when necessary due to shipment damages.
• May maintain preventative maintenance on all forklift equipment and other packing equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0 – 1 years of relevant experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift experience preferred

• Position requires the ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 70 pounds, and exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. The physical demands for medium work exceed those for light work.
