Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and skilled OTR CDL Class A drivers. The OTR CDL-A Driver is responsible for safely transporting freight across long distances while leveraging modern technology to optimize routes, drive times, and rest stops. This role requires strong technical skills to effectively use digital tools, GPS systems, fleet management software, and mobile apps to plan efficient travel schedules, monitor weather and traffic conditions, and ensure compliance with HOS regulations. The driver maintains a high standard of safety, professionalism, and communication while delivering loads on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles safely across regional and national routes
• Use trip-planning software, GPS tools, and mobile apps to optimize driving and stop times
• Monitor real-time traffic, weather, and road conditions for best-route decisions
• Ensure compliance with DOT and Hours-of-Service regulations through electronic logging systems
• Communicate effectively with dispatch using digital platforms
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• Deliver freight on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years CDL Class A Driver certification
• Ability to use trip planning software and apps
• Clean MVR
• Reliable driver
