Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products using sheet steel.
• Create complete engineering packages, including 3D models, Bills of Materials, and production drawings.
• Identify, source, and estimate all required purchased components.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineering/Production leadership to implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively with Sales and Engineering teams throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience designing products made from sheet steel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Striker programming software.
• Strong 3D modeling skills using SolidWorks.
• Excellent English communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to work well in team-oriented environments.

Pay is between $45,000-$80,000/yr.
