Join a well‑established manufacturing team in Red Wing, MN as an Administrative Customer Service Representative! This full‑time role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting customers, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll assist clients by answering questions, directing calls, entering customer orders, tracking late orders, scanning invoices and receipts to accounting, maintaining customer records, and preparing product or service reports. You’ll also collaborate with other team members and contribute wherever needed to ensure excellent service. Candidates must be extremely proficient in Excel, as this role requires frequent and accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting. Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
Pay
- $20-$23
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer phones, direct calls, respond to customer questions, and assist with service requests
- Order Processing: Enter customer orders and vendor purchase orders accurately
- Tracking & Documentation: Track late orders, scan invoices and receipts to accounting, and maintain customer records
- Product & Service Support: Provide product and service information, recommend potential products or services, and prepare related reports
- Team Collaboration: Support and assist other team members as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior purchasing knowledge preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, service, repair, or product modification of mechanical equipment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
