Assistant Store Manager

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established, fast-growing, locally owned company with multiple locations across North Carolina and Virginia. Starting Pay: $15/hour (with growth opportunity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturday mornings

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers

• Assist with leases, payments, move-outs, and auctions

• Accurately process cash, cards, checks, and money orders

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Excel and Word

• Support store operations and team leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, professional, and solution-focused

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Comfortable handling multiple forms of payment

• Retail or property management experience is a plus
