Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support the estimating team by preparing accurate project cost estimates. This role involves reviewing blueprints, gathering project requirements, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring estimates are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities

Review project plans, notes, and specifications to determine project scope

Perform material takeoffs and extract measurements from blueprints

Obtain and review bids from subcontractors and vendors

Prepare detailed cost estimates and update project information in the project management system

Collaborate with consultants, engineers, architects, and project teams

Process change orders and maintain accurate pricing templates

Ensure estimates meet project requirements and deadlines
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of residential or commercial construction

Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

Strong math, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Experience with CoConstruct, Revit, or Chief Architect is a plus
