Salary: $18-$21/hr.
Position: Order Specialist Location: Plant City, FL Pay: $18–$21 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A growing company in the Plant City area is seeking an Order Specialist to join their customer service team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through completion.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
Provide information regarding products, order status, and delivery timelines
Address customer questions or concerns and work toward timely resolution
Review orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Maintain organized records and documentation related to orders
Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed
Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
Stable weekday hours with a supportive team environment
