Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Livestream Sales Representative to host live online sales events and drive product sales through real-time interaction with customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, knowledgeable about products, and skilled at building rapport with viewers while demonstrating products and answering questions live. This role blends sales, customer service, and live content creation to create an interactive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and present products during scheduled livestream sales events on platforms such as social media or e-commerce apps.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an engaging and persuasive manner.

• Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.

• Encourage viewer participation, promote special offers, and drive conversions during live sessions.

• Maintain a professional, energetic on-camera presence that reflects the brand.

• Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and inventory availability.

• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan livestream content and sales strategies.

• Track performance metrics such as viewer engagement, sales conversions, and product demand.

• Assist with pre-show preparation and post-show reporting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or livestream hosting preferred.

• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with a live audience.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask (present products while responding to live comments).

• Basic knowledge of social media or livestream platforms.
