We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant with experience or interest in hair restoration procedures to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and instruments.

• Graft dissection and implantation (training available if needed).

• Patient prep, pre-operative and post-operative care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.

• Ensure proper sanitation and clinic cleanliness in compliance with OSHA guidelines.

• Educate patients on post-procedure instructions and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience in a surgical or aesthetic practice.

• Previous experience in hair transplant or microsurgical techniques is preferred but not required – training will be provided.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
