Production Worker - Rotating Shifts

Salary: $20.00/Hour
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly and production processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with various tools and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing operations and contributes to the efficient production of quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with assembly tasks to meet production goals
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices safely and effectively
- Perform routine inspections of products for quality assurance
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support warehouse activities such as material handling, loading, and unloading supplies or finished goods
- Always follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills:
- Experience with manufacturing environments, including assembly line work or warehouse operations
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery maintenance
- Ability to operate forklifts (preferred) or willingness to be trained on forklift operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Prior experience with warehouse or industrial settings is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and learn technical skills related to manufacturing equipment
Wage: $20.00/Hour
