Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Landscaper to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain commercial landscapes by performing mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, debris removal, and general grounds maintenance
  
  

• Assist with planting, mulching, and maintaining turf and landscape beds
  
  

• Ensure commercial properties remain clean, well-maintained, and meet client standards
  
  

• Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools
  
  

• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a landscaping crew
  
  

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of landscaping experience with the same company
  
  

• Commercial landscaping experience required (candidates with only residential experience will not qualify)
  
  

• Knowledge of commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance practices
  
  

• Basic understanding of plant and turf care
  
  

• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
  
  

• Strong reliability with a consistent and stable work history
  
  

• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
  
  

• Must be dependable, punctual, and respectful of the values of a Christian faith-based organization
  
  

Equipment Experience Preferred:

• Commercial lawn mowers
  
  

• Weed eaters / string trimmers
  
  

• Edgers
  
  

• Hedge trimmers
  
  

• Blowers
  
  

• Other standard landscaping hand tools
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
  

• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  
  

• Lift up to 50 lbs
  
  

• Perform physically demanding landscaping tasks throughout the workday
