Pay: $60 per visit (1-hour visits)
Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide home health therapy services in the Fort Myers area. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
Assist patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques
Schedule:
Flexible schedule
Visits arranged based on your availability
Each visit is approximately 1 hour
Compensation:
$60 per visit
Requirements:
Active Florida OTA/COTA license
Home health experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a home health setting
