Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Bartender to support food and beverage operations within a hotel restaurant or bar. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards
• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service at the bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment
•  Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
•  Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
•  Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and inventory as needed
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Follow hotel policies, safety, sanitation, and service standards

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday – Sunday | Five (5) Days A Week | Day Shift
• Pay: $10.00 P/H + Tips  

 

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
•  Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
