Inside Sales Representative

Long Term – Full Time

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring candidates for an Inside Sales Representative position for a company located in Odessa, FL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, identifying product needs, preparing quotes, entering orders, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through post-sale support. DETAILED SUMMARY:

· Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate industrial products
· Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders into the company system
· Follow up on leads and assist with closing sales opportunities
· Support customers throughout the sales process and post-sale
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
· Work toward meeting monthly sales goals and performance metrics
· Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and timely order processing

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 2 years of sales experience
· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
· At least 6 months of call center experience preferred
· Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred
· Ability to pass a typing test (minimum 30 WPM)
· Bilingual Spanish is a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
