NOW HIRING — CNC OPERATIONS | MULTIPLE POSITIONS Temp-to-Hire Opportunities

We are actively recruiting for multiple CNC roles across machining and fabrication operations. Whether you're an entry-level laser operator or a seasoned multi-axis programmer, we want to hear from you. Positions offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and a temp-to-hire pathway.

POSITION 1 — CNC LASER OPERATOR Competitive pay based on experience

 

Set up, load, adjust, and operate a CNC Laser to produce precision parts to tight tolerances. Responsibilities include performing First Article Inspections, selecting lens and machine settings, editing programs for quality and efficiency, routing finished product, and performing routine maintenance. Material handling via overhead crane or forklift required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of CNC Laser experience
  • Ability to read engineering prints and SAE/metric measuring instruments
  • Understanding of program editing, machine adjustments, and material flow

POSITION 2 — CNC MILL / LATHE OPERATOR $18.00 – $26.00+ per hour | Mon–Thu 6:30 AM–5:00 PM + Friday OT available

Set up and run CNC mills and lathes independently across a variety of machine configurations. Must demonstrate strong quality control instincts and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Machine experience needed (any combination):

  • CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills
  • Swiss Style Lathes
  • Dual Spindle Dual Turret Lathes
  • 2-Axis Lathes

Requirements:

  • Proven independent setup/run experience on CNC mills and/or lathes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
  • Must pass drug screening; own machinist tools required (payroll deduction available for purchase)

POSITION 3 — CNC MULTI-AXIS LATHE OPERATOR $28.00 – $38.00 per hour | Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM + OT

Set up and operate CNC multi-axis lathes to produce precision metal components. Work with engineering prints, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, troubleshoot tooling issues, and maintain records in ERP systems. Support training of junior operators and collaborate with programmers and quality teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CNC Multi-Axis Lathe experience required
  • DMG Mori 5-Axis experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret machining specifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Machining Technology Certificate a plus

POSITION 4 — CNC PROGRAMMER — Aluminum Extrusion & Fabrication Competitive pay based on experience

 

Translate complex designs into efficient, precise machining programs for 5-axis machining centers handling aluminum extrusions up to 33 feet. Develop and optimize programs, select tooling and fixturing strategies, troubleshoot cycle times, and maintain organized program libraries. Collaborate with engineering and shop floor teams across punching, bending, and sawing operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience; aluminum extrusion or structural aluminum preferred
  • Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) and G-code editing
  • Strong understanding of 5-axis machining strategies and toolpath optimization
  • Familiarity with downstream fabrication processes (punching, bending, sawing, welding) a plus
  • Solid blueprint reading and GD&T skills
