Job Title: Transportation Coordinator - Parc 55 (Hotel Greeter)

Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday Split shift (AM/PM - call for details)

Pay Range: $23 per hour plus mileage/bridge/parking stipend

Description: Our client needs Transportation Coordinators to welcome visiting professionals and guide them to their scheduled shuttle or bus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly in a busy environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and confirm their transportation details
• Direct individuals or groups to the correct shuttle 
• Provide simple wayfinding support within the hotel
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely departures
• Maintain check-in lists, signage, and other materials used for guest coordination
• Ride the shuttle to escort guests to their destination

Qualifications or Requirements:

• Online Zoom Training (paid) Smartphone use (daily allowance paid)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, professional presence
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is helpful
