1st Shift | $17/hour starting

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a Weatherization Laborer for Georgetown, OH. 

Core Functions:

• Core Job Duties

  • Install insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements

  • Perform air sealing to stop drafts (caulking, weatherstripping, foam sealing)

  • Install door sweeps, outlet gaskets, and window sealing materials

  • Assist with duct sealing and HVAC efficiency improvements

  • Install vapor barriers in crawl spaces or basements

  • Replace or repair damaged insulation or ventilation components

  • Seal gaps around plumbing, electrical, and structural penetrations

  Energy Efficiency Work

  • Help install energy-efficient lighting (LED bulbs)

  • Install low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators

  • Assist with thermostat installation

  • Support blower door testing or other energy audits (under supervision)

  Construction & Physical Labor

  • Use hand and power tools safely

  • Climb ladders and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas

  • Remove debris or old insulation

  • Load and unload materials and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
• Experience in construction

Shift & Pay:

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $17/hr
