Our client, the world’s leading manufacturer of recycled rubber products, is currently hiring a Maintenance Millwright for their Brantford facility. If you are a licensed 433A Millwright looking for a long-term career with a stable employer, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime
• Perform regular preventive maintenance per PM program and document abnormalities
• Record time, work order completion, and parts usage in the CMMS system
• Create work orders, assist with planning jobs/projects, order parts, and report inventory
• Perform tasks across electrical troubleshooting, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, plumbing, welding, fabrication, and other areas as needed
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance Team, Production Supervisors, and Management
• Ensure work is completed following Health & Safety legislation, Joint Health & Safety Programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain clear documentation and a clean, safe working environment
• Participate in performance review processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Are You Qualified?

• Current 433A Millwright ticket
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a millwright in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
• Strong decision-making, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Team player who contributes to a positive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• 3+ years in a manufacturing setting

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Use of hand and power tools
• Repetitive hand motions
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Standing for long periods
• Working in a loud manufacturing environment
