As their Waterdown facility continues to grow, they are looking for dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators / Production Labourers to support warehouse operations, material handling, and production processes.

This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of forklift operation, equipment operation, and general labour duties — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build new skills.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and scissor lifts to move materials safely
• Operate manufacturing and processing equipment within a continuous flow system (training provided)
• Load and unload trucks while following safe material handling procedures
• Pick, verify, and stage orders using a warehouse management system
• Monitor product quality, collect samples, and analyze finished product
• Identify product inconsistencies and adjust processes as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues (mechanical, electrical, or controls) and resolve efficiently
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment servicing
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure efficient production

Are You Qualified?

• Valid 3rd-party forklift licence with hands-on experience
• Previous experience operating forklifts, loaders, or scissor lifts is an asset
• Background in manufacturing, processing, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and a safety-first mindset
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
