Recruiting and Marketing Specialist

Express Employment is seeking to add a Recruiting and Marketing Specialist with an interest in RECRUITING and SALES to our internal team in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:

• Type: Internal Position
• Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $40-50,000 Annually + Incentive Bonuses

Job Duties:

• Make high volume of outbound phone calls to recruit candidates daily
• Collaborate with internal recruiting team
• Write and update Job Posts daily
• Execute Social Media Campaigns across all platforms
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content
• Capture and analyze appropriate social data/metrics
• Think outside of the box to acquire a large volume of active and passive job seekers
• Brand the full spectrum of Express services to Omaha companies

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelors or Associates degree
• Sales growth mentality
• Social media marketing experience
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Innovative problem resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
