Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Production Associates for a busy produce distribution and manufacturing facility in South McAllen, TX. This hands-on role combines responsibilities for produce packing, sorting, repacking, and general assembly of parts or products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs often.

Job Duties Include:

• Inspect fresh produce such as figs, limes, and other fruits for quality, size, and appearance
• Sort and remove damaged or spoiled produce
• Pack and repack produce into boxes or containers for distribution
• Assemble parts, components, or products according to instructions, blueprints, or standard procedures
• Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery as needed for assembly or production tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy; report defects or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for packing, production, and assembly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Follow all safety procedures, company guidelines, and warehouse protocols
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including stacking, labeling, and preparing orders
• Perform light maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs safely on a regular basis
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in produce handling, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or assembly is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible to work changing shifts, extended hours, and occasional Saturdays
