  REQUIREMENTS

•       Minimum 1 year of CNC Lathe operation experience required

•       Mazak machine experience strongly preferred

•       Experience working with drill pipe preferred

•       Rotary shoulder connection experience is a plus

  RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

•       Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to exact specifications

•       Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments

•       Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime

•       Deburr and finish parts to quality and safety standards

•       Confer with engineers and production teams to resolve machining issues

  QUALIFICATIONS

•       High school diploma or GED

•       Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

•       Knowledge of machine tool setup and maintenance

•       Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

•       Compliance with safety protocols and best practices

•       Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
