  REQUIREMENTS

•       Minimum 2 years of manual machining experience

•       Vertical Turning Lathe operation — must have

•       Strong blueprint and work instruction reading skills

•       Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools

•       CNC experience required

  RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Set up, operate, and maintain manual machine tools

•       Measure and inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy

•       Calculate and set controls for speed, feed, coolant, and angle of cut

•       Fit and assemble parts; verify dimensions and alignment

•       Deburr and finish machined parts to meet quality standards

  QUALIFICATIONS

•       High school diploma or GED

•       Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

•       Knowledge of machine tool setup and maintenance

•       Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

•       Compliance with safety protocols and best practices

•       Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
