Position Title: Hotel Housekeeping Staff
 
Position Summary:

Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and throughout the hotel's public areas. They ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests by performing cleaning tasks efficiently and to high standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock bathroom and room amenities.
  • Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and remove trash regularly
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced, physically active role
  • May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Uniform and training provided by the hotel
