We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installation Technician to join a growing team specializing in custom closets, garage cabinets, epoxy floor coatings, and garage organization systems throughout the Des Moines metro area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Provide professional installation of garage cabinets, custom closets, epoxy floor coatings, and garage organization products
Lead and support team members while distributing daily tasks
Travel to residential job sites throughout the Des Moines metro area
Ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and with high attention to detail
Maintain strong communication with team members and customers on-site
Load, organize, and prepare materials in the shop prior to installation
Deliver excellent customer service during in-home installations
3+ years of relevant installation, carpentry, flooring, or construction experience
Valid Iowa Driver’s License
Comfortable driving a pickup truck while pulling a trailer
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift materials and work with tools in a hands-on environment
