Salary: $20/hr Base

We are hiring for a locally owned and customer-focused flooring company in Beaver Dam, WI! They are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, navigating sales, and helping clients choose products that transform their homes or businesses. If you have strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, this is a great career opportunity! PLUS you'll have the opportunity to earn extra commission on your sales once hired on.

Pay: $20/hr to start, PLUS earn commission on once hired on internally

Full Time Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Thursday, Friday: 10:00am–5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and guide them through flooring samples
• Upsell products and follow up on all customer inquiries
• Enter jobs into the company’s (currently manual) system
• Coordinate with installers and follow up with quotes and contracts once measurements are completed
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the sales cycle
• Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Some sales experience in any industry
• Strong computer proficiency
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
