Accounts Payable Manager - 6 month Contract

Pay: $40-$50/hr

Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the AP module

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of financial data

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred

• Experience with financial systems implementation, upgrades, or software testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls

• Manage and mentor AP team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflows

• Assist with system improvements, testing, and troubleshooting within the Dynamics 365 AP module

• Reconcile AP accounts, support month-end close activities, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
