An established manufacturing company based in Amery, WI is looking for a reliable Machine Operator. The role focuses on quality control, machine setup, material handling, and meeting daily output goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to cut, convert, mold, or assemble materials according to production specifications.

• Set up machines including loading materials, adjusting settings, and verifying calibration.

• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent output and identify mechanical or quality issues early.

• Perform routine quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet company and customer standards.

• Document production data such as counts, scrap, downtime, and material usage.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn industrial machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks.

• Prior machine‑operation experience is helpful but not always required.
