Salary: $20-$24/hr.

• Job Duties:

   

  • Interacting with clients in a courteous, respectful, and professional way
  • Maintaining a secure and hazard-free environment at every job location
  • Following the provided delivery timetable and carrying out all instructions accurately
  • Recording each stage of the delivery process by capturing and uploading photos using the designated mobile system
  • Performing a complete pre-trip inspection to verify that all materials are properly secured and that the vehicle meets all relevant federal, state, and local safety requirements
  • Collaborating with the on-site material handler to determine proper placement and assist with unloading
  • Completing all logs, forms, and required regulatory documents with accuracy and submitting them promptly
  • Issuing a receipt or invoice at the end of each delivery and collecting payment in full when required for cash-on-delivery orders
  • Assisting with warehouse duties as needed, including loading or unloading materials from trucks or into storage areas
  • This role does not involve long-distance or overnight travel

  Required Qualifications:

  • A valid commercial driver’s license, Class B or higher
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing between 75 and 100 pounds (typical loads often include bundles weighing around 70 pounds)
  • Must pass a drug screening prior to employment and participate in ongoing, random testing
  • Experience operating boom trucks or standard straight trucks is a plus
