Crating/ Packaging Technician.

Located in Manor, TX

Salary: $20.00/HR - $25.00/HR

Location: Manor, TX
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (w/1 Hour Lunch) 
Overtime: On an as-needed basis.

Attire: Appropriate workwear with Steel Toe Boots or shoes. 

We are currently hiring experienced warehouse Crating / Packaging Technicians to start work ASAP with one of our clients. Our client is a 3rd party logistics company dedicated to providing superior personalized service at a competitive price, while maintaining a business culture developed around customer loyalty and satisfaction. They ensure that every effort is made to ensure that every load will be delivered on time and without issue. This is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at a quick & efficient pace throughout your shift. Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Ability to package and assembly orders quickly & efficiently
•    Ability to work at a fast, productive pace with minimal errors
•    Prior assembly/order packing experience or crating and uncrating experience
•    Ability to use basic hand tools
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout your shift on an as needed basis
•    Ability to stoop, stand, walk, & bend for extended periods of time during your shift
•    Ability to work in a warehouse environment
•    Ability to be at work on-time, consistently
•    Must be able to work Full-Time, Monday-Friday 40 hours a week with flexibility for overtime when needed.
•    Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. 
•    Must be a self-starter, forward worker, and motivated candidate, who seeks out to help when possible. 

Skills/ Qualifications:

Quality Focus, Problem-Solving skills, Skilled with Basic Hand Tools  
Documentation Skills, Logistics experience, or supply chain. Longevity.

Responsibilities:

•    Must have at least 1 to 2 years of consistent and recent work history. 
•    Time management and multitasking skills.
•    Must be able to learn the company's standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency in the workplace.
•    Comfortable using use basic hand tools
