Quality Control Pick/Pack Associate

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company located in Georgetown. This position supports an automated production and packaging line in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

We are seeking reliable individuals who are detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable working in a production environment. Previous manufacturing or pick/pack experience is helpful but not required for the right candidates who are willing to learn.

 

Schedule:  Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hr (DOE)

 

Key Responsibilities

Associates will assist with monitoring and supporting an automated production process while ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring the automated production line during operation
• Placing containers onto the line for processing
• Inspecting products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
• Removing defective products and reporting issues to the team lead
• Assisting with basic pick and pack tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Training will be provided by the onsite production team.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working around automated production equipment
• Previous production, warehouse, or pick/pack experience is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
