We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Pack bottles on a high-speed filling line
• lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour shift,
• Operate and support automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Label and inspect finished products for quality
• Seal cartons and stack them onto skids/pallets
• Perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

Experience

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures relevant to heavy labor roles
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Prior experience in manufacturing, production, construction, landscaping or industrial labor is an asset
