Express is seeking a Lead Welder for a company in Zelienople, PA!
Mentor 3rd shift Welders, Assemblers, Machinists, Laborers, and Technicians.
Review drawings, set up equipment, and weld assemblies to meet quality standards.
Implement production schedules and improve processes for efficiency.
Manage shift time and attendance and participate in project meetings.
Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
5+ years welding experience (MIG, TIG, Flux Core) with 3+ years in a lead role.
Ability to pass AWS D1.1 (and D14.6 if applicable) and produce high-quality welds.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs., wear safety gear, and climb ladders.
